Chef Koustubh Malushte

FOOD STYLIST | CHEF CONSULTANT

          Koustubh Malushte started his career as a kitchen apprentice with Orchid Hotel Mumbai.  He completed his graduation from IHM-Aurangabad and University of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England 2014. He trained in ‘Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel, King of Prussia, Philladelphia, USA’ and under the talented chefs of ‘Taj Hotels’ across india.

          After tremendous exposure in American culinary world, Koustubh started working on a French contemporary restaurant project (Rendezvous Café Restaurant) in Pondicherry as a part of restaurant designing team and a Head Chef of the restaurant. From here he developed his food styling skills and photography. Then he worked for ‘Master Chef India 5’ as Food Stylist and senior creative chef- core food team, where he developed challenges for competition, planning menus, trials and execution of guest chef’s Dishes. Currently he is working freelance as a food stylist, photographer, consulting and layout design services for restaurants and all food service facilities. He was a Chef Consultant for TV show 'Grilled S.1' on Fox Life.
